Antonio is a qualified, professional Italian accountant (commercialista) with nearly 35 years of experience. He trained at a prestigious firm of accountants in Livorno and is enrolled on the Italy Accountants Roll in Livorno. (See enrolment number)
Antonio speaks fluent English and spends the majority of his time running the UK head office, while commuting when required to the Italian office in Livorno. He offers advice and accountancy services to expats.
Judith started her career as a lawyer, before realising there was more to life than corporate law in rainy Newcastle and hot-footing it to the Italian sunshine. There she met Antonio and within months they were working together (the romance!) in the Livorno office.
Judith now deals with clients directly and knows how much people appreciate talking through their sensitive financial concerns with a native English speaker.
Roberta has over 25 years’ experience in the field and is the powerhouse for anything to do with book-keeping, IVA, IMU and returns. She can be counted on to field all and every query thrown at her and has developed a good level of communication in English with our clients. Roby is responsible for all activities dealt with in the Livorno office.
A second native English speaker, Sarah joined the team in 2022 after many years in teaching, translation and tourism. She has lived in Italy for over 30 years and has had first-hand experience of the Italian tax system from a foreigner’s point of view.
Her work at DPIA involves managing communication with our clients and assisting them with their issues, in close and constant collaboration with Antonio, Judith and Roberta.
